On the Differentiation of Plasmocytopoietic Tissue of Rat-Lymphnode

Abstract
In author¢¥s other article designated as the title "The study of plasmocytogenesis," author reported that the plasmocytopenesis was mainly confined in medullary cord of lyrnphnode and that even in such condition as the marked proliferation of medullary cord invading into the cortical tissue following BOLA infusion, plasmocytopoiesis was not mingled with lymphocytopoiesis.
And to confirm the independence of plasmocytopoiesis from lymphocytopoiesis, this ontogenic investigation was performed.
Materials and Methods
The albino rats ranged from natal I week age to postnatal six month age were used, namely natal 1, 2, 3 week age and postnatal 6, 10, 16, 20, days, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 month age rat.
Each group consisted of 3 rats and histological observation was done in the¢¥ slides prepared by respectively II. E. Stainning, methyl-green pyronine stainning and Bielschowsky¢¥s silber impregnation method.
The Results
1) The differentiation of medullary cord was at first appeared in the lymphnode of postnatal 6 days age rat and was accomplished in the postnatal 1 month age rat,
2) The first medullary cord was started as curved and linear pyroninophilic cell cord which was confined in the sinus.
3) The plasmocytopoiesis developed independently from lymphocytopoiesis in the rat lymphnode.
